Operator and scope

Moinax Finance is a private application operated by Moinax for reviewing the operator's own personal and company accounts. Contact: [email protected]. This policy covers the current local application and this public information website.

Bank account information

After the operator authorizes access through the bank's authorization flow, the application retrieves account identifiers, IBANs, account names, balances, and transactions through Enable Banking. Transactions may include dates, amounts, currencies, counterparties, their IBANs, and payment descriptions. The application also stores connection and session identifiers, consent expiry dates, and user-created labels and categorization rules.

This information is used to display balances, categorize spending and income, and identify transfers between the operator's accounts. The application does not ask for or store bank login credentials and does not initiate payments.

Storage and retention

Bank data is currently stored in a SQLite database on the machine running the application. It is retained until the operator removes the relevant connection or deletes the database. Removing a connection deletes its accounts and imported transactions from the application's database; any separate backups must be managed by the operator.

Bank data is not published on this website. The application does not sell bank data or use it for advertising. Enable Banking and the relevant bank process authorization and account requests under their own terms and privacy information.

Visits to this website

This static website is hosted by Vercel. Requests necessarily share technical information, such as an IP address and request metadata, with the hosting provider, which may process it for delivery, security, and operational logging. These pages do not set application cookies or include analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. See Vercel's privacy policy for its practices.

Control and contact

The operator can disconnect accounts in the application and manage bank access through the bank or Enable Banking's consent portal. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval; it does not automatically erase previously imported records.
